Los gastos de envío de pedidos son: España: 5.55 €. Europa: 10.70 € Internacinal: 14.35 €

El plazo de entrega oscila entre los tres y los cinco días. Por favor tenga en cuenta que durante la temporada de REBAJAS el tiempo de entrega puede oscilar entre 5 y 6 días laborales.

Correos entrega los paquetes de lunes a viernes. Si no estás en casa cuando llegue el tuyo, encontrarás un aviso de ausencia en el buzón y, después, se hará un segundo intento de entrega. Tras dos intentos de entrega fallidos, el paquete se remitirá a la oficina de correos más cercana y allí se guardará durante un máximo de 10 días, a la espera de que alguien lo recoja. Recibirás por correo electrónico una notificación con los datos de la oficina postal en la que se encuentra tu pedido.

Delivery

The delivery time is 3-5 working days. Please be aware that during SALES, the delivery time could take between 5-6 working days.

Correos delivers your package from Monday until Friday. If you are not at home on delivery, you will find an absence message in your mailbox, after which a second delivery attempt will be made. After two failed delivery attempts your package will be routed to the nearest postal office and will be held for a maximum of 10 days, awaiting the pick-up. You will receive an e-mail notification stating the postal office keeping your order.

Devoluciones

Puedes devolver un artículo hasta 30 días después de haberlo recibido.

Los artículos que quieras devolver no deben estar usados ni lavados. Por supuesto, puedes probarte los artículos para ver si te quedan bien o cumplen tus expectativas pero, si tienes previsto devolverlos, asegúrate de que no se impregnen olores desagradables. Revisamos todas las prendas devueltas en busca de manchas y olores. Asegúrate de envolver los artículos con sus etiquetas originales y en el paquete en el que los recibiste.

No nos hacemos responsables de los productos que se nos envíen por error. Te recomendamos que uses un servicio de mensajería que ofrezca un seguro por el valor de los artículos devueltos o que al menos te entregue un comprobante de envío.

Asegúrate de que los productos que quieres devolver estén bien empaquetados. Cuando esté todo listo, envíalo todo a la dirección que aparece a continuación:

Return

You can return an article up to 30 days after receiving it. The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. Of course you may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations, but if you intend returning them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up unpleasant odours. We check all returned clothing for stains and odours.

Make sure you wrap the items with their original labels and in their original packaging. Fill in the attached return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return.

Returning your order by post or courier is at your own expense. We are not responsible for products that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a courier service with provides insurance for the value of the items your return or at least provide your with proof of shipment.
